Publishing Dashboards
Maybe someone can help with one/both of these:
1. We have a Dashboard/Workspace that we want to publish company-wide (an electronic version of the age-old lunchroom charts). Is there a way to do this without having to re-create and re-publish it under a whole bunch of different roles (one for each center)?
2. Reports saved as “snapshots” and put on a workspace aren’t publishable. Each user needs to re-create the snapshot individually. Really undermines the power of publishable dashboards. Anyone have any great ideas for making this happen without having to go to each desktop to (a) edit the report, (b) re-save and create snapshot, (c) set up the snapshot, and (d) publish the snapshot ot a workspace?
