Publishing Dashboard - Help required!

I want to publish my dashboard so it can be seen by our company directors. I have an Administrators role and can therefore publish dashboards to people with Full Access. However, I dont want my directors to have full access!

I created a new role called Director, made it point to the Classic Centre. I published my dashboard and made it the dashboard used by the Director role.

I then amended the role on the users I wish to see this dashboard to Director.

Bingo! Or not - those users with the Director role cannot see my published dashboard.

Could someone please point out where I am going wrong?
