KPI Scorecard Values Don't Tie to Detail ?
I tried setting up the KPI Scorecard today with financial ratios and I'm observing some unexpected behavior. The KPI values that display on the dashboard scorecard do not tie to the underlying detail. This holds true for numerous metrics, but here is an easy example. I set up a KPI to show Bank Balance (simply by selecting Bank Balance as a new line on the Content/KPI subtab). When the KPI is refreshed, it displays a cash value of $X. When I drill down by clicking on the underlined $X it takes me to a Trial Balance report showing all of
