Edit/View Dashboard Search

I am using a saved search to populate a custom portlet on my dashbaord.  In the Administrator role it displays the Edit/View links as my code is written, however in my custom sales rep role it does not display those links.

I have checked all over but can't find the right permission/setting to change to make the Edit/View links appear, any suggestions?
