Custom KPI TrendGraphs
I have filed a case (668127) and defect (134108) for the message ("An unexpected error has occurred) when I customize my dashboard to include a trendgraph for a custom KPI saved search.
NS Support indicates that there is no workaround and I have to wait for QA to roll a fix into production. I was wondering if anyone has found a way around this? In my account it doesn't matter what saved search I select all results come up as "An unexpected error has occurred."
What gets me is the defect only affects a few databases but if we are all on the same version what can be the difference? NetSuite was unable to replicate my problem so I'm stuck with customization that doesn't work and told to check back for updates.
