Inhibit saved search preview

Hi, I apologise if this question does not goes here:

We have some custom role for sales rep and we have added custom saved search as list, sublist, form and dashboard as restricted in this roles. The problem is that all sales rep can do saved searches in preview mode and can see all leads based on any criteria they perform,

this strip down all restrictions that we have added.

Is there a way to avoid this? this roles doesn't have access to any saved search or report but the still have access to the menu entry Report->Saved Searches->All Saved Searches->New
