quick add - date field not auto-populating any more
hi,
we just got upgraded to 2008.2 and now we are seeing that the 'quick add' portlet on the dashboard, is not auto-populating the 'incident date' field for 'new case', which means we currently need to manually add todays date for all cases entered via the 'quick add'.
The full 'new case' screen still works, but we like to use the 'quick add' initially.
Reported it as a new incident, which hopefully will get fixed ASAP.
