Scorecard Custom KPIs

Has anyone else had the issue where you display several custom kpi's on your scorecard but then modify one but it still displays the old search?  For example, custom kpi #3 contains "custom search #1" and custom KPI #3 is one of my kpi's on the scorecard.  Then I change custom KPI #3 to contain "custom search #2" but the scorecard still displays the results from "custom search #1" - odd...
