Ability to filter or seach for item numbers on sales orders in Customer dashboard

Is it possible to add a filter or some sort of search so my customer service agents can search sales orders via item numbers?  If a customer calls up wanting to return an item and has multiple sales orders I would like an easy way for the customer service rep to be able to find the order to create an RA.  Currently you have to manually search each sales order.
