Creating an Custom Report Snapshot from Existing Report?

I've been trying to figure out how to create a report snapshot for the dashboard from an existing custom report. I created a report, didn't use the Save and Create a Report Snapshot feature in the Report Builder because at the time I didn't think I would need it, but now I do. And I can't get that option back. I can only Save or Save as.

Is it not possible to do this? Do I have to rebuild the report again?:(
