Customised Dashboard Messages
I have been asked if Netsuite provides the capability to have a Daily Message screen as the initial screen when a user signs-on each day.
Basically, they want to be able to publish daily messages to the customer service team whenever they sign in to begin working.
Additionally, they’d want a ‘click to approve’ button to ensure that they acknowledge having read the messages.
In other words, they want something like those messages that administrators get and have to check off as being read whenever we're alerted of pending upgrades etc.
Any ideas anyone?
