Can I club or compare 2 saved search for a custom KPI

Hello Experts,

There are two questions here:

1. Can I anyways club or compare results of two saved searches and display the results as a KPI in Dashboard.

And,
2. How could I create custom KPIs that is not getting campared with date range...but values are getting compared with other attributes.
