Lists gone from Customer Dashboard

The lists we had setup in our customer dashboards are gone.  We had them set to show all activities for any given customer and to show all transactions for any given customer.

They were fine when i left on Friday afternoon, this morning gone.  When I hit setup to try to bring them up again all I get is "Unexpected Error has occurred".

Also, why is it that when i am in support in another tab my regular sign-on goes nutty and I lose a bunch of permissions until I get out of support and sign back in?
