Set all reports filters in a dashboard to a single value with custom portlet

I have a sales review process where there are 5 saved searches I want to set all to the same sales rep (and go rep by rep during a live meeting).  I was hoping there was some way a custom portlet could be used to set a global parameter but I haven't worked it out yet.

Does anyone know if this can be done?
