Saved search in portlet on dashboard

I have set up a saved search in a portlet on my dashboard. Is there a way of restricting this to [20] rows with a scroll bar that allows me to scroll all the way through the report? If I set the results size to 20 this just gives me the first 20 records and not the rest of the report.

I have previously set up a report and it allows me to scroll through.
