E-Mail Newsletter

Hi,

Does anyone use netsuite for their E-mail newsletters? We are trying to setup a newsletter however it seems a really tricky thing to do, we would like to be able to:

1) Create a template using a WYSIWYG interface
2) Add content dynamically depending on what customers have purchased
3) Easily add images and articles

If anyone has any help or does this please can you let me know,
