Mail Merge Header Options

Hello,

I have setup a word document for a mail merge however every time I run the merge my system says something like word could not connect to the source file.  Do you want to try and connect or remove data header information?

The problem we ahve is I want to run out 100 leters at a time, and I can't as this means I have to open up word every time adn then choose "remvoe data/header information" in order to print.

Does anyone have some advice or experiance with this?
