NetSuite Workshops

I'm looking to talk to an user that has been to the Netsuite workshops, both the introduction and advanced. We are thinking of sending someone to them, but we are not sure, as there is limited info on the course content available. Any input from a user that has attended these seminars would be helpful to us.
