My prosects get a copy of my task email reminder

When I set a task to remind me to do something like follow up on a prosect etc..  I set the reserve time and under the remonder settings I tick private with the reminder set to email me 5 minutes before the reserve time.

I have had a few emails from my prospects saying they got the email remnder aswell!

Any help on how to stop this would be most appreciated.
