Forecast Thresholds?

We are trying to fine-tune our forecast thresholds. In the user guide, (Sales - pg. 26), NetSuite states that we can apply probability thresholds to determine which estimates and opportunities are counted towards our forecast. We have Advanced Forecasting turned "ON" and we still have no option to set our thresholds. Any ideas?
