Combining NetSuite CRM and Google Alerts

Hey there NetSuite CRM Gurus,

Trying to find a way to combine/integrate Netsuite CRM and Google Alerts. Any thoughts as to how this can be done? I'll even settle for an RSS feed type setup for now.
