View user notes by default
This seems like a rather elementary question compared to most issues here, so I'm hoping it has an easy solution.
I know there are certain lists that always show by default when you open a customer record, such as the sales list under the transactions tab. Is there a way to determine which lists are always open? For example, I'd like for the User Notes list and the Messages list on the General tab to always be open by default on customer records. I'd also like the Opportunities list to always open by default on the Sales tab.
