Coupon Codes - no limits!

We need to set limitations on coupon codes based on the order total.  i.e.  $10 off any order of $50 or more. This is crititcal and I can't believe I have to make an enhancement request for this.  As it is now, Netsuite allows a customer to place an order for $20 and then apply a $20 coupon code and get the orde for FREE!  We have to manually look at every order to try and catch this and then it's a huge mess because we have to contact the custoemr and tell them that the coupon code they used is not valid becasue they didn;t order the minimum required and so we have to adjust their order total and blah
