email campaigns not going out at time set
The last few times I have sent email campaigns (Newsletter) and set a time I receive the notice from NS that they have been sent but the last one did not actually go out until 6 hours later. What is happening and how can this be corrected? It is important to send these at certain times and days and I do not understand what happens to make them be delayed. Why give us an option of a time if it cannot be fulfilled.
