Message replies do not get sent to sales reps or anyone else!
Hi,
I was woudnering if anyone has the following problem.
We send out an autoemail to customers who request a free information kit on an online form. This is sent from my email address. However if the customer hits reply to this then the reply gets captured in Netsuite but I do not receive a copy and it does not get flagged in netsuite.
Therefore customers are sending us emails and we are not replying to them or repsonding which is looking really bad.
Does anyone have any suggestions or known issues?
