Sales Proposals from NetSuite

Has anyone any advice on how best to use NetSuite to generate sales proposals?

We currently generate pricing using the 'Estimates' feature and this works fine.

However, we would like to be able to send out general proposal information too e.g. Customer Requirements, Proposed Solutions, Key Benefets (of our offering).  All of this could be put inside the body of the email, but then that is not too pretty and does not result in a single coherent document to send to customers.

Does anyone have any experience or advice?  Using pdf merge perhaps?
