Add a new stage
Hi,
As the software does not have a support workflow i need to find another way around processes.
i am trying to add a stage to the statuses so that if i am waiting for details from a client it goes into a holding pattern. this then allows me to p[lace counters in order to track that specific time. However i can not find a way to do this.
can someopne please tell me how to add a stage?
