Problem with NS Tracking Script on Hotmail Mail Server?

I've been using a daily marketing campaign for over one month now and have been happy with the results until I sent some test emails out the other day to several differnet mail servers.
Most negotiated the inbox just fine, except for MSN hotmail. I've tried changing the subject, adjusting the template (taking out <--// format tags \\-->), but with no success.

I noticed that NS adds tracking script onto the beginning of the email's source code: could this be the problem? If so, why is only hotmail flagging the campaign?
Any info would be a great help right now. Anyone else having trouble with hotmail bounces or flags?
