How to convert Contact to Customer?
Hello,
After using Netsuite for a few months, we realize now that we should be using it differently with regard to contacts and customers. Originally, all people were entered as contacts of customers (all of the customers were companies, not individuals).
We have found that entering the individual as a sub-customer of the company is much easier. The problem is that we have already entered thousands of contacts.
Is there a way to convert a contact to a customer or is this a hand operation? Currently, we are entering all new orders that way, but it would be nice to convert all of the legacy data.
