Item sales description not updating

Hi,

We have updated alot of our item sales descriptions to include a new catalogue code i.e. the descriptions we want to print on sales forms, quotes etc.

When we enter a brand new product the description works fine.

If the item is an existing item with an existing sales description and we change this to the new description, the old description is still printing on quotes and sales orders.

This is not the case for purchase descriptions which would appear to update fine and display correctly on forms.

The old sales descriptions do not exisit anywhere that we can get to them but it looks like Netsuite is pulling the data from historical information and nothing we can do will make the new sales description show on quotes or sales order except for overwriting the old description which we are doing but it is no joke!
