BUG: Closed and locked accounts allow updates from external email
This is a really major issue.
Scenario. Case is over 30 days old and you set the auto-lock. If after this period the client responds to an email (maybe with another question) then the case gets updated!!!
Not only that, but since it is locked you can not access it either!!!
Does anyone know when this is going to be resolved? it is a MAJOR issue for us as we very long relationships with our clients and would hate to see something not being responded to because it is in a closed case!
