Need a Work Order for my technicians from a Case

Hi.

When our customers have issues and open a support case, I would like a work order created for our customers to take on site. This work order will be used to summarize the support case, outline our terms and display the billable hour. We will have the customer sign the form when we are finished at the site so we will print multiple copies. I know we can create custom forms, but I'd like the form to be created automatically upon creation of the support case and prompt to print.

Is this already built in? Does it have to be custom created? Can someone help or point me in a good direction?
