Follow-up Task for Estimates

Does anyone know of a way to automatically create a task to follow up on an Estimate? Ideally, when a sales rep saves a new estimate, a task gets created telling them to follow up in x amount of days.

In the Help section, under estimates, I found this sentence:

"You can set an expiration date and let NetSuite remind you to follow up on the estimate shortly before it expires."

I know where to set the expiration date but can't find where I can "let netsuite remind" me. Does that just mean I can go in a create a new task manually?
