Prospect probability to 100%?

I'm frustrated by the % when an estimate reflects in the pipeline.  We don't use weighted % to figure out how likely a prospect will become a customer, so when I enter an estimate, I'm not able to use 100% for estimates; it won't show up in the Pipeline reports when you do that unless it's below 99%.  I would like to know if there's a way to override that feature, so that 100% of the estimate I enter will fully reflect in the report, instead of showing me a projected & weighted total.  Before I start customizing reports, I
