Adjustment Rep not appearing on Sales Team

Hello,

I'm afraid that this is another "In 2007.0 NetSuite no longer...".

We have some Sales Teams set up and within this Sales Team we have a member that is an Adjustment Rep, e.g.:
Sales Rep 1 100%
Sales Rep 2 100%
Sales Rep 3 100%
Adjustment Rep -200%

On a customer record (or transaction record) when the Sales Team is selected only the Sales Reps appear on the record, the Adjustment Rep is ignored. The contributions are then wrong as they total 300%. I am able to add the Adjustment Rep manually.

I have spoken to support and they have not been able to re-create the issue and so are now ignoring it. They've even turned off the support line to stop me getting through (or am I getting paranoid!
