Help integrating with affiliate company

I am wondering who all have successfully integrated with a 3rd party affiliate company such as Commission Junction, Linkshare, clixGalore, shareasale, clickbank or anyone else. 

If you are integrating with a cookie based affiliate system then I am wondering what coding you used to pass the online order total to the affiliate company.  What I figured is you need to use a Netsuite tag to generate the order total amount and pass it through the affiliate javascript code.  I am just not sure what tag works and where to put it?

I am guessing the code should be placed in the 'Order Tracking Script HTML' box located under 'Web Site Setup' but I'm not sure.
