Customizing User Notes
I learned today that NS does not support customization of User Notes.
This came up because I was looking to use Notes instead of Phone Calls for a new workflow I created. The Type field even lets you select Phone Call. However, I would need to link User Notes to other objects, such as Campaign (was thinking of a custom field of list/record format, source=Lead Source).
I'll look at further customization of the Phone Call form.
