Issues with Issue Record
Overall the issue record is a great addition help for software companies using NetSuite. However there are several oversights that make it a bit cumbersome.
I'll mention one in hopes we can start a dialog to improve this record, in great need of a makeover.
Currently, Issue statuses can only be assigned to one Issue Role at a time. Making this multiselect would be helpful. Or if need be, have a hierarchy of roles. Defects do not always follow a linear path, and it would make issue configuration/management much easier if we could allow more flexibility when selecting which path it should follow.
