Restricting users to "work-only" access

The ability to access NS from anywhere at anytime is obviously great in many instances.  But, we have several users who would have no legitimate reason to access NS outside of the office, yet they have their password, so it is possible.
Is there any way to restrict users to access only from specified IP addresses or access only during certain hours?
If not, does anyone know of an existing enhancement request of this nature?
