Report for outbound e-marketing OUTSIDE Netsuite

I need to run a report to give me contact names; company names; basic address details plus email addresses, for Companies with certain stauses (i.e. leads and prospects NOT customers).  I intend to export this as a csv and use it email the contacts outside of Netsuite :eek: .

Using the report builder I'm drawing a complete blank.  How can I get this information out of Netsuite?  Without it, I can't invite prospects to my seminar and will be very frustrated, not to mention losing valuable business opportunities.
