Netsuite vs. Netsuite Small Busness

I didn't know where to put this thread.  I was an administrator of Netsuite at my last job and now am starting my own company.  Unlike most purchasing Netsuite, I have access to this forum for some unbiased opinions.

I would like to get some feedback from users of Netsuite Small business and from people like Skytel that have probably worked with both.

We are an online marketing firm for the hospitality industry.  We need this mostly for client management, but also for accounting.  We need to be able to load and track leads. 

Any thoughts?...Has anyone started with Small Business than switched to Netsuite?? why??
