Pipeline Not Working - "Projected Total" Showing as $0 in Prospects

My pipeline reports are not working;  Prospects show as $0 except for a few Prospect transactions in which the Sales:Opportunities:Projected Total is showing as a positive #.  In most cases this is showing as a "0" even though a Quote has been established for the Customer.

Any tips?  We would like to begin using the Sales Pipeline analysis and reporting.
