Full vs. sales role restrictions
In my Full role, when I bring up a customer record, I can go to the sales tab, and see the transactions.
For my sales people, they are assigned a sales role, but when they open up the customer record, they do not see this - the only thing they can do in there is create a new opportunity - although in other areas, I have allowed them to create estimates.
How do I let the sales person view the transactions, such as estimates and invoices, in the customer record?
