inbound support messages - html only
We get automated support messages from various systems that we have set up to report errors on our support email address.
Some of these messages are HTML only - there is no text equivalent sent as part of the message.
Netsuite ignores HTML messages - the body of the message shows up as completely empty.
Barring asking all the programmers to fix their various programs and systems, is there some way to get netsuite to decode the HTML portion of the message?
