Support/Helpdesk Bulk Messages - Is there an easier way?
Interesting problem came to light today in that we had to send out a mailer to a few thousand customers over an issue we discovered with some software we have provided - a bug if you like.
Our NS Support Administrator asked me the best way to do this and in my capacity as Marketing Adminsitrator I explained the use and benefits of the campaigns facility as you get a lot of information back on who has read, viewed, responded etc and this acts as proof that a customer has received the mail by recording it into the customer record.
