notification on new case creation
I currently have new cases auto-created off of email into my support department, but I do not do any kind of auto-assignment.  I have notification set up so that if I assign a case to one of my reps, it does notify them and that works great.
What I would like to add is to have NS notify me on every case that is created within the system.  How can I have it notify me on all creations without turning off the notification to the people who get assigned cases?
