Assigning a Territory to an individual record

Does anyone know if there is a way to update a customer's territory without doing a mass update? 

We have quite a few leads in our db that are missing addresses so they are currently listed as unassigned.  As we obtain the addresses for these leads, I need to be able to assign them to the correct territories.  The only way I know how is to perform a mass update each time.  If I am only working with one or two leads at a time, this seems too complicated. 

Any ideas????
