Online Sales Lead form spamming: anyone tried a commercial captcha service?

There are a number of commercial captcha services that put an image onto a web page and have the user enter what the image says, in order to allow form submission.  NetSuite needs this feature badly (see enhancement 138483)  However, I'm wondering if someone has managed to integrate a commercial captcha service into a NS online form?   All the services I found require access to the programming language that creates the page, and none mention javascript, but I think it should be possible with suitescript?
