Newbie questions
Hello everyone,
I'm a total novice at using NS, although I've used other CRM systems for a long time. I'm having to sort of figure out NS on my own, without access to classroom training.
Some of the stuff I want to do seems simple to me but I'm not sure 1) it's do-able in NS or 2) I just can't figure out how from the help docs.
Is there a FAQ of NS newbie questions?
For example, right now I just want to be able to pick some records from a view and send them all the same email. I really can't create a group to do it for various reasons (the search criteria aren't deterministic enough, the total volume of records precludes picking individuals from a drop down of members, not all my people have permissions to create a group, etc).
