Sales by Keyword Help

We use other PPC programs and one is MSN. I had problems with google and yahoo and had to hire outside help and he was able to get Google and Yahoo to show up in all of our reports. However, even though we tried the same approach with MSN we are still not getting what we need. I am looking at my MSN coding and one looks like this:

Keyword: hawaiian kona coffee
Destination: www.mauicoffeeco.com/hawaiian_coffee_selections/kona_coffee?leadsource=Cam303&partner=msn

I matched it up with my campaign on NS and it is the correct campaign # and it is definetely listed as a partner as well. What am I missing? Iy may be something small that I missed somewhere but I can't find it!
